National studio of decoratively - applied art " Klūga" was founded in 1980 at Daugavpils art and local lore museum. 35 members of studio have a name " The national master ".
The creative idea is the basic core of work due to what the studio has a success at all exhibitions and took part at them. Members of studio constantly improve the skill, introducing new receptions of technics and a composition and improving quality of processing of a material keeping its natural properties.
Works of masters of studio " Klūga" can see in museums in France, England, Sweden, Daugavpils(Latvia), Smolensk memorial estate (Russia), Polotsk memorial estate (Belarussian).
